TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • It is your responsibility to know whether the item you are purchasing is legal in your city, county, and state. This may include the type of firearm, magazine capacity, or any other aspect not listed herein.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time.

    • PAYMENTS & SALES TAXES

    • We accept payments including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (immediate payment)
    • U.S. Postal Money Orders (contact us)
    • We currently only charge sales tax if you reside in the great state of Texas

    LAYAWAY POLICY

    • Initial deposit is 20%.
    • We will negotiate subsequent monthly payments that will meet your needs.
    • Item does not ship until final payment is made.
    • You forfeit your initial deposit if you fail to make two partial payments.
    • You forfeit your initial deposit if you cancel your purchase.

    SHIPPING

    • All firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer.
    • We will provide you a tracking number once the item ships.

    SPECIAL CONDITIONS (CA, HI, AK…)

    • Additional shipping fees may apply for buyers in California, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Please contact us prior to making a purchase.

    RETURN POLICY

    • All sales are final. There are no refunds.
    • If we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return and return shipping costs.
    • Inspect your item prior to completing the Form 4473. If you complete and sign the Form 4473, the item is considered yours.
    • There is a 20% restocking fee if are unable to complete the transfer.
    • You will be responsible for any return shipping costs back to us.

    PERSONAL INFORMATION

    • We reserve the right to share your information with law enforcement and other FFL dealers if you attempt to harm, injure, scam, or conduct fraudulent business.
